The hypothesis is that the answer is no for a particular set of values for s, complex s for real part between 0 and 1, except real part = 1/2.
is s made of =1/2+i?
What is your question? s is a variable and the hypothesis is that all zeros in the strip are on the line 1/2 + it, where t is a real number.
