Rebirth. Cause after two thousand years, heaven must be getting crowded.
Rebirth is something better to hope for.

Truthfully, I still wish for Heaven. After a few millenia of the infinity you are in Heaven though, I suspect I'd wish to have chosen Rebirth.

Nothingess is hard to come to terms with, but I'll get there, I guess.

Oh, I get to wish for something? Then definately the rebirth thing.
I believe we all die and end up as nothing

in my understanding of the world just as we are given all life to decide what to be, we are given a choice on were to be when we die by realizing it subconsciously. I believe in rebirth and I don't want heaven or hell, as these would mean no change for myself. I also feel my existence of my lifes before.

    Heaven, paradise

How? No, it may not exist. But it DOES in your mind. I think that when you die, although you lose your body you keep your mind, and therefore think of heaven and you are there

    no I.

    here...imagine...

first read this, and than imagine:

    close you eyes
now cover your eyes with dark cloth
    lay down
    and think of a river
    the river is very deep
imagine this river, imagine how deep it is...and the deeper it is the darker it is
imagine the water getting darker and darker
    imagine it
now think of yourself being surrounded by this darkness
think of how nothing can be seen that deep
think of how the only thing you feel is yourself and the fact that you exist
think now what if you lost that feeling of yourself

Quite similar to how you were before you were born. It's a scary concept, existence failure.

The 'experience' of being dead is just like sleeping without dreaming. Our consciousness ceases for periods of time every night.

You're still somewhat "there" during sleep though. You notice people come into the room, you dream, you move. Death appears to lack even that.
    Exactly.

The atomic composition of our planet has not changed much since our moon formed.
Atoms have been naturally rearranging, forming new and new bodies, then breaking apart and forming other forms.
The same atoms that were parts of of the first forests, were the parts of first insects and dinosaurs, are now a part of us and the world we see around.
Thus rebirth is the natural way of this cosmos, I don't have to believe in it, it's all around.

Thats why I believe it, I mean why should we be any different...why should our consciousness be any different? Its all part of this world...
yet people seem to be believing in this God, but maybe than God is just a feeling of unite people have as society.
