I have to hand it to him, if it really is all an act, he isn't making mistakes, then I couldn't help notice the lighting effect in the video clip from his office where he talks about the recent shootings, this effect is the coming and going of a shadow above his top lip.

Wait, nobody noticed the lights in a studio don't do things like that? Huh, I thought, good one Don.

Well, after all, you say, this kind of thing happens when amateurs make videos. What, the Donald let someone make a video of him that wasn't their best effort? He didn't ask them to do it again with some decent lighting, for God's sake get someone in here who knows about photography, and by the way you're fired? Yeah, sure.

But to see it properly, you need to put on your conspiracy hat. There's a hidden message. To whom and about what I guess depends who you are and what you think you know about . . . things.

If you're using (what looks like) daylight from a window, make sure the subject has the complete side of their face covered. Here, Ruth is wearing something austere, there's a message in the way the lace collar frames the face above it. It's what photographers are supposed to do, capture something. You have to admit, for her vintage she's looking pretty sharp.

Look, Serenesam, there are two principles in play, here. One is the idea that very little should be forbidden a thread with a title like "Random Notes". The other is that there is nothing "random" about thematic deliberate propaganda in support of bigotry. Generally speaking, I have hewed toward the former, but now that you have managed to permanently damage this thread I'm going to make this very straightforward:

Your hatred is not welcome here. Your dishonesty is not welcome here. Your advocacy of the worst human qualities is not welcome here.

If the character you play absolutely cannot muster the courage to be a decent human being, either get a new part to play or find a different stage.
