Collision at CERN collider What particles they get at 50 % of speed of light and at 75 % of speed of light ?

All the particles collide at more than 99.995% of the speed of light in vacuum.

I don't even know if 75% of the speed of light is sufficient to create any particles in a proton-proton collision. They probably will just scatter, and it will be shallow scattering because they're not going fast enough to do anything else, I think.

Thank you I know that , I just wanted to know what else happen at lower speed if anything . I am sure to come to conclusion to fire at 99.995 % was not something arbitrary.
