I had some fracas with Xelasnave.1947, so one of the Mods Kittamaru sent me a warning...
I am told that Mods action if found unjustified should be taken up only through PM.
The problem is I cannot send any PM to Kittamaru.. so how do I access Kittamaru ?

I am unsure why you are unable to PM me directly - however, it would be better to take it up with JamesR or a SuperMod directly, as standard mods cannot change or alter any already-taken action.

First of all you have locked the PM you sent to me, on top of that I cannot start a new PM with you. Later seems to be some setting which got locked for/by you.

I am aggrieved by your warning and ban, it was unjustified. At least two more posters called or hinted Xelasnave.1947 being falsely humble or phoney, I used a harsher synonym. My stand got validated when most of his recent posts were declared off topic and irrelevant by James R and moved away.

So you are once again claiming you are justified in stating someone not only violates the law, but damages and harasses children...? You are not exactly making a great case for yourself here...

Let me make this abundantly clear - libelous accusations such as that, made in public, will not be tolerated. If you have a legitimate concern that someone on the forums is engaged in an illegal or otherwise morally reprehensible behavior, bring it to a moderator, super mod, or admin directly.

Frankly, a permanent ban would have been justified because of how you behaved.

You received a warning for inappropriate behaviour after you falsely and made a frankly libelous insinuation that another poster was a paedophile without any rhyme or reason. Instead of learning from that warning, you then returned and did it again and referred back to it. And you received another warning for your appalling behaviour. Put simply, you tried to win an argument by insinuating that someone was molesting and harming children. Multiple times. On a public forum for everyone to see. Do you know and understand what libel means, The God?

Your suggestion or claim that your warning and ban was unjustified indicates that you are yet to understand or grasp just how inappropriate your behaviour actually was. I would strongly recommend that you learn from the two warnings and bans you received for the same inappropriate behaviour and not do it again.

To repeat the advice you have received from Kitta, if you feel that your warning or ban was unjustified, contact James or Tiassa with your complaint.
