All I want to do is to paste one picture on top of another, does anyone know how to do this? Photoshop Help is crap at explaining things.

    There are several ways.
Open the picture in PS, select all, copy. Then go to the other pic, and paste. It should put the first pic on a new layer on top.

The other way is, in the first pic, open layers. Create new layer. With that new layer selected, paste new pic.
