There were actual Black Nazi's, here's a picture of one that was sworn-in at Stahnsdorf in 1943 this man served as a volunteer under Franz Wimmer-Lamquet with Sonderstab F (Major Felmy's Freies Arabien Division). After all the original Aryan's were an Indo - Asian people. So under this logic, a Neo - Nazi who likes Karate can justify it by claiming that Japanese although Asian have good pure blood. (Note I do not personally hold these bullshit beliefs myself.)
Never seen a nazi, neo or veteran, in INdia. Never seen a Hindu nazi either. I do not know about other races.
