I am generally very clean inside. I fart a lot, thou.

 

I fasted for 3 days once...and I experienced some serious "cleansing"...we're talking paint peelers.

I fasted once a week and 2 days, what I experienced was being so weak like I could just collapse right there and sleep on the dirt of the road in the middle of everything.

Drink more water next time.
