Not eating is the fastest way to loose weight. I did it when I was 13, I went from 145 lbs to 105 lbs in less than a month. I don't recommend it though, it causes a lot of your bodily functions to shut down, in order to (I assume) conserve energy. Everything your body finds unnecessary like your immune system, reproductive system, muscle begins to atrophy. It put's you in a sorry state you can barely do anything physical because you don't have the energy to do much of anything. Now when I was modeling they recommended that we eat very small portions of food several times throughout the day. That way you have some energy to burn, but your body isn't starving. Of course eat to small of portions to infrequently and your body will still shut down. Just advice, from my personal experience.
If it is good enough for Gandhi, it is good enough for mere mortals like ourselves. Keep up the good work and let us know if you get any spiritual insights.

There are moments I really like you, Roman. Now is one of those moments. Biggest and meanest laugh of the day.
That's not how you do it. We need a BEFORE and AFTER picture, both. Also, we need numbers, starting weight and height (you might shrink in the process) and a target/goal. Let's say you reach your target in 10 days, then McDonalds, here we go!!!! I always thought you were a medium long hair skinny blonde. Anyhow, you might want to take vitamin suppliments and such. I think this whole diet thingy is psychological and not really needed. Consult a shrink.... If it is him on the picture, he is fine, just need to keep working out. He doesn't need a full Gandhi, just to cut back on icecream a little.

So far Day 1 goes without any changes to the plan and accordingly to it. Cranberry juice and water is the only thing I ate today. =)
Hey, I thought diary means everyday recordings of stuff. It comes from the word dairy (an obvious misspelling) with the cows, because cows need to be milked everyday. You are a week behind, we wanna know how it is going...
Although it's obviously not at all a good idea to starve yourself for 20 days, I can't help but be interested in the effects. Any more updates? Or did you decide to do the sane thing and eat something?
So how's it going? Also, did you record your weight and/or body fat percentage before you started? If you're going to do it anyway, that would be interesting data to have from before and after. You could figure out how much fat and muscle you lost.
