Certain exercises like walking or biking wouldn't have any dire results as long as he did them in moderation. You are trying to slow yourself down when fasting so to much exercises will create problems so just take it easy and everything should be fine. If you ever feel like you are feeling faint just stop what you are doing and wait until your fast is over before doing whatever it is that made you feel faint again.

Part of me cares about his well being... and another part doesn't care. The part of me that doesn't care is posting for argument sake.

I don't see how fainting during walking can be the consequence of any healthy eating habit.

I thought he posted a picture of himself a while back and he was rather slim. I could be wrong though.

What is your weight and height? You might don't even need diet at all....

    Day 2

Today on April 29, 2009, I wake up, pee, sleep again. Of all sudden, my nose smells something so familiar, so I wake up, pee again, and go to the source of the smell. As I open my eyes, I see this in front of me (scroll down):

Next to it, is a card written in poor handwriting (must be Skaught's):
"Don't die, Draqon. From your sciforums friends: Inzomnia, Skaught, and Enmos."

You suggest that on a 20 day starving diet that he go swimming?! His areobic capacity will dwindle to near nothing and he'd risk passing out underwater.

Wait, no... go ahead and do it.

His intelligence and fame made up for his looks. He was interesting enough and had enough exposure that someone was bound to find him attractive.

    Day 2

Today in the morning I woke up and found that many Sciforumers seem to really not like my diet idea...but once I have committed to it, there is no going back. I will have to do the 20 days. Anyways for breakfast today is water with cranberry juice. For lunch will be water with cranberry juice too.

Seriously.. I know I've been ribbing you. But if your objective is to lose some weight ..... eat right and start swimming like a mile a day.... surely you can get a pool pass for next to nothing
