"People are miserable because they want to be miserable" - T or F?

i am ready to retire (quite working) been ready since the 20's..still need money..no-one else will pay the bills..(seriously ssi at 65? thats still 17 years away)

excited about daughter leaving home?
sometimes..clean and quiet gets awfully boring..(i am single)

it is getting harder and harder to get off the ground..
but other than that health is fine, strength is fine (contractor,heavy lifting required) hair, still no gray..

and my blonde moments are getting more pronounced...
