Why would you find that entirely possible when your own link has Musharraf, your source, as saying he came into the country with two dialysis machines of his own? It wasn't a secret your link has Musharraf saying so himself. Is it you believe Musharraf was lying? Also Musharraf seems to believe that OBL died Monday and not in 2002 when he would have been in power and would have surely been in the know if he had been killed. Is it that you think Musharraf is lying about OBL?

He was in power in 2002. If Sam wants to use Bhutto's interview as evidence then she will have to concede that Musharraf was the man of the hour and for some reason he too believes OBL died this past Monday. Maybe he's not as smart as Sam and cannot tie together all those pieces that were under his nose like how absolutely difficult it is to bring dialysis machines into Pakistan when he himself seemed to know that OBL had two of his own which he brought into Afghanistan, as if Afghanistan is somehow so so much more sophisticated than Pakistan you can drag one around there with no worries but its almost impossible for a millionaire to do the same in Pakistan because as we know they have tariffs on things like that, not sure how they smuggle guns and arms over their porous border but they are really strict about those dialysis machines. And David Frost too, he's just suffering from dementia which is why he cannot remember that OBL died in 2002.

Oh geez. If its impossible to tell then you won't know if its cool aid you're drinking or not!! The point is that in a world where power dominates to the point we are calling it rule over the masses THEY DON'T HAVE TO MAKE UP LIES! They have to just do what they want. If they never mentioned Bin Laden again no one would bat an eye? When was the last time you remember anyone seriously discussing his name in any context? Hell we've already set the timeline for withdrawal and we're watching the arab-spring unfold. They say OBL is not and hasn't been important and yet they believe that there is an elaborate ruse. The world only recognized ONE death of OBL, the rest were rumors and murmurings and things that disappeared into the periphery of net info deemed to spurious to be considered newsworthy, yet the only deaths that Sam or Eso or Chi are willing to acknowledge are one of the unverifiable rumors that didn't even make it to the front page or wasn't discussed by any government at all? Really? Seriously? Musharraf can criticize the US for breaking pakistani air space to kill OBL but you would have it that Musharraf knew Bin Laden was dead years ago? The purpose for all this would be what? Nah. Its easier to believe Madonna was born a man even after she gives birth and you've watched the head crown.

It proves nothing. It demonstrates that conspiracy theorists are not worth talking to. Conspiracy theorists are the forum equivalent of static on the radio. My fallback quote: "If someone maintains that the Moon is made out of green cheese, you don't argue with them; you feel sorry for them." - Bertrand Russell

You don't argue with birthers, moon landing conspiracists, chemtrail people, or freepers (to name just a few). You make fun of them until you are tired of it, then move on.

Ok, I get their rant. Its funny how its switched from the initial fear of OBL running around outside the realm of justice to OBL's death being the worse thing that could happen to the American people.

It must be wonderful to be utterly free of even the slightest trace of cognitive dissonance. President Obama is evil, and everything he does is evil. Even if that thing was killing OBL. Which, of course, he didn't do - because he was already dead, or if it did happen now, Bush was actually responsible, but in all likelihood it's a cover story for OBL coming to the US, and taking refuge in a secret room in the White House, and overseeing the conversion of the US into an Islamic state with Sharia law...
  13. Mrs.Lucysnow Valued Senior Member

Right. My favorite part of the rant is number five:

Obama, by his conduct on Libya, the betrayal of allies of the USA on he WOT, Mubarack and Kadaffi, shows that he supports the Muslim Brotherhood and the spread of the World Wide Caliphate movement into North Africa and sub Saharan Africa.

so basically Obama killed his supposed ideological twin only to still turn around and usher in the WWCaliphate. Nice.

On the sane side of the debate here's an interesting interview with journalist Robert Fisk from the Independent talking about OBL whom he had interviewed a few times: http://english.aljazeera.net/news/asia/2011/05/20115241936984209.html

Many, most, people live their lives believing all sorts of fantasies. Hero myths, religious myths, number superstitions, and yes, conspiracy theories. Somehow it helps them deal with life thinking that the number 8 is going to protect them and give them 'Luck' (or God, or whatever), whatever it is, they have the inside scoop.

People can't stand to think some plain-jane like Bin Laden cause so much utter destruction - so they make up a world where the CIA orchestrated 9/11. Dealing with the knowledge there's that much uncertainty in the world is just too much for many people.

Sadly, they're often played as pawns for this very reason. Even as far as driving themselves, and a plane, into a building.

Have you heard the reports that bin laden used a woman, possibly his wife, as a human shield? This man who sent how many others on suicide missions in the name of radical Islam, rather than bravely facing his end, went out like a coward. Literally hiding behind a woman.

Report from Tommie the Ned, Worlfemstow:

I'm sure I saw Osama last night down at my local Fish and Chip shop.
The geezer's not dead I tells yer.
Two of his wives were wiv 'im.
The other two were probly at home being looked after by a child minder.
He sent one of them in to buy free Cod and chips,
I mean free as in one two free, not for nuffink.
Then when she comes out he accuses her of flirting with Mr Ramadopolis the chip shop owner.
Greek bloke, he is. From Crete. Almost toofless, apart from this big 'orrible fang stickin' out. He's seventy odd.
He spits when he's talking. A bit off-putting at times. Great chips though.
As for a charming the ladies, he's no oil painting that's for sure,
unless he's a chip oil painting.
Ooh, he did tell her off. Osama that is, not Mr Ramadopolis.
Then they lays out a big black cloth, and sits themselves down on the pavement outside.
They ate the lot, wiv Burkhas and beards proving no obstacle.
    It's true I tells yer.

While they were eating, this stray dog comes sniffing around.
The women are nervous, but Osama gives him this look see, like:
"Infidel dog, depart. I have knife in pocket"
He gets the message and runs off.

Not everyone on the right hushed up about Bush's massive spending. Were all the people on the left who were whining about Bush's increasing the size and power of government hushing up when Obama is doing the same?

And Obama will certainly see a rise in poll numbers. For now. Both Bushes were flying high in the polls for a while (the first Bush after the first Gulf War, the second Bush after the 9/11 attacks). Those numbers will inevitably fall.

Collateral damage happens during war, unfortunately. It wouldn't stop me from completing an important mission, whether it was "sand people", Germans, Japanese, Italians or Russians.

Like many other people in positions of power and influence, he believed that sacrifices are things to be made by others for him, not by him for others.

thank you for your response milky

I am not disputing the fact that he wasnt killed and captured blah blah blah. Just baffled as to why he was buried so quick

hello spidey thanks for your response

eerr i actually thought it was 48 hours but thats besides the point..
what i am saying is that they have just killed and captured the guy they have been trying to get for like 10 years + and the biggest name on their most wanted list so why worry about any muslim customs, would they worry about burying him so quick if he didnt claim he was a muslim?!?

    hello bells

    how r u doing?

As above and as if ol' binlid was worried about islamic customs when he was ordering and planning the mass murder of so many innocent people whether muslim, christian, hindu, jew blah blah blah...

As if any muslim would go oh look how out of order the yanks are cos thye didnt bury the dude quickly...

In the grand scheme of things the burial customs are a bit minor....

And to be honest he wasnt a muslim in my opinion anyway

yes well for a long time now i have been calling for the fall of the US backed, whabbist, house of saud which indeed houses the biggest female prison on earth .... As they are the epicentre of international terrorism
  21. Zakariya04 and it was Valued Senior Member

    you think???
I doubt many muslims would have given a shit.. espcially the muslim familes of the people he and his organisation killed blah blah blah

this buried at sea within 24 hours just doesnt make sense... somethign just doesnt smell right

    Jeepers Freepers, Fraggy!

I think we need to go easy on them. Freepers are really, really frightened. I can't imagine living in such fear.

And let me be clear. I think firearm advocates live in excessive fear. I think conservatives in general live in excessive fear. But there's no comparison. Freepers tremble and quake in such fear that if you could only bottle it as a perfume, you could sell it to women as a "personal massager".

Okay, that joke took too much effort.

Still, though, I can't imagine being that frightened that much of the time.

Heh yeah, I especially like the notion of the kill team carrying around a DNA identification kit with samples from the OBL family for comparison. Maybe there will be a paper published on this?

One thing I haven't been able to find out: okay so they were in such a gawd awful hurry to dispose of Osama's body at sea, but what did they do with the bodies of his son Hamza and his anonymous wife?

Also why did they remove the body or bodies from the scene anyway? Why not call the press like they did for Saddam's sons?
