Alright, you guys want a game. You got a game. Here's how it works: I'll post a quote/image/reference from some scifi TV show or movie, then you guys guess what show/movie it's from. The person with the correct answer posts another quote/image/reference and it goes on from there.

    Got it? Good. Let's go:

On this miniseries human characters had to wear sunglasses and voice modifiers in order to impersonate aliens.

    Guess away.

It sounds like "They Live" with Roddy Piper.... but I don't remember the "stealing the water" bit.

Ahh.... I went back and read your first post. You said they wore sunglasses/voice disguisers to impersonate the aliens, not discern them.

That sounds like "V" with Marc Singer.

    Mystech,

Tiassa is a he. Bow down before him. Also, you should bow down to me. I knew it was Space: 1999 to. I don't want all the answers to bounce back and fourth from me to another person.

    Tiassa,

    Give us your OSR!

    How obscure is this?

Part of the answer is in the IMG tag if you go to quote the post. So no peeking.

    Hi. Who am I?

(Hint: I looked the show up on the web, and it's classified at least once as a comedy ... there's a reason for that, as well. But I assure you there is a sci-fi connection.)

DUDE! Its Dr. Shrinker! I dont need an image link to tell me that that is Ted Eccles from the movie My Side of the Mountain.

    Aaah ....

Well, it wasn't that obscure, then.

I almost went with a b&w of Jay Robinson or Billy Barty's credit picture.

(I couldn't find the name of the show about the babysitter and the kids stuck on the flying saucer with the two tacky androids. Nor could I find any references to an old s/f show about which the only thing I remember is the word "Corq". So ... yeah, Dr. Shrinker's not that obscure. Would Electro-Woman and Dyno-Girl have gone over any better?

Ya know you ain't gotta post pictures. You can't post other stuff.

    Here's my OSR:

The certain rules of a certain warrior from a certain show:

1 - If you can run, run.
2 - If you can't run, surrender and then run.
3 - If you're outnumbered, let them fight each other while you run.
4 - Talk your way out of it (and then run).

    But ... but ....

That would require thought instead of just a search engine.

I have no idea about the new trivia question.

    That warrior would be....... Xena!

    Okay... Here's an OSR:

A certain TV show where if you turned 30, Xena's first rule was a good one!

The movie was much better, IMHO.
