They can build their economy by mass producing wmd's. Look at their model - DT. Selling $110B of arms. Korea "the 'not a bad guy' mansion owner," says "There's a way to make money for our starving population." U.S. says, "You're competition. Guess what? Wow. Sounds like a bully, but North Korea says, "We are targeting the U.S. because they are targeting us, and causing our people to starve." Oh, for shame U.S. Shouldn't we be cooperating in the name of people to insure all people are fed and clothed, and children cared for properly? Arms are not the answer. They hurt our children.

bring them to the negotiation table before they do more nuclear bomb testing. buy their technology with food guarantees, tech guarantees, etc. for the forseeable future. much cheaper than war.
