I didn't know there was a minimum post count before linkage.

I'm a firm believer that you can find a response for anything on YouTube without much effort. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
By the way are you going to find an avatar picture for yourself? Just wondering as it does make finding your posts easier when paging through a thread.
If you want me to. I just chose my computer background.
Not sure what that is (to small for my poor eyesight), but I'm pretty sure I won't confuse it with anyone else. I to like dark backgrounds on my computer.
hehe! a rickroll...guy's alright...
But he didn't send people to...
Love you, Mi-Ke-Gal.
Your reaction to her had me laughing five minutes straight...My coworkers came to see if I was alright, seriously...I about fell out of my chair...
Look her up if you dare...(passes the eyebleach and antinausea pills)
I am the one they wait for Captain . I am hard to see as you well know . I don't know if it me language or what. It is why it is said Hidden . The early prophets called it plain and clear but that part of there doctrine they have dropped like a hot potato. I like research on the internet about thew early founders and you you can see how they thought about the Great House "Mikel" likewise Captain
I think I might scare em ? Maybe not ? Who Knows . I do swing a big hammer after all. The Lost Boys love me and that ain't bad . Life is good . I be seeing one Monday . Now this is funny . His last name is Gerber and he is the youngest of 4 brothers . Me and his family call him the "Gerber Baby" Maybe you got to be American to find the dry humor in that . He is actually not a lost boy technically. He is Married to a Jessop Girl . He Married in . No he has one wife !!! The are more part of the lost boys like I said . They try and find there way into a closed society we call America . A home of inclusiveness . You all don't make it all that easy Ya know . Ask an Alien when they are being chased by border patrol . Ya so a good part of the popular makes people tourist in there own country still . Facts of life at this juncture in time. White trash makes a good scape goat too . White elitist favorite target . Look at Spidey go . Go Go Spidey Go Just Joking Spidey . You know I love you don't you. I would live with you Really . I might drive you fuck crazy with Me antics and you would probably kick Me out the first day cause of Me load ass Guitar blowing the doors off , but hey I'm there bro .
One of them Jessop Girls wrote a book all about the life of the Fundamental L.D.S. I can't remember here first name . She looks like a Jessop that is for sure .
First name Ruby?
I believe so Captain . I think that is the name
I don't have a problem with lurkers. Except for those automated CIA bots, they give me the creeps.
Good you put it on your computer, I didn't need to see that, and I find it very inappropriate for this forum. Especially when you haven't given fair warning about what it is. Have a little consideration for your fellow forum users. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
I would advise you to delete it yourself Varda.
I note you immediately quoted it, so that it couldn't be deleted.
Despite its being in the post underneath.
You could have just given some friendly advice.
I'll wait 'till I get home from work to follow that link *Hefts the gallon jug of eyebleach* I suspect this will come in handy again...Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Point taken and corrected.
There I fixed it.
Still don't get a fit over it... It's a rite of passage. We all get lemonpartied at some point in our internet existance.
I'm surprised that it's 2011 and people still don't know what that is. It's even on wikipedia:
SciForums does not have a whole lotta rules, but "Don't Ever Post Pornography Not Even A Link" is one of them.
Please remember that half of our members are minors! And also that schools and corporations (and even governments in some countries) block websites with offensive material.
The post has been deleted and Varda has been given a one-day ban. (She seems to be at the beginning of the ban cycle.)
I don't think there's any problem deleting a post that has been quoted. You're giving our software engine credit for waaaay too much sophistication. However, general members only have fifteen minutes to edit or delete a post. After that it can only be done by a moderator.
Don't ask me why, but I can sort of imagine some members finding a way to abuse the editing feature. "I never said that!" "Yes you did, oh crap where is it I had it five minutes ago."
Thanks to Killjoy for notifying the moderators.
Thanks for that. Sorry that I inferred you did it deliberately.
@Varda. There's a big difference between linking to a site without warning, and saying that such a thing exists.
@Fraggle. If someone posts something that they shouldn't, then if you quote it, you make it so that the other person can not retract the statement. It's still there in your quote of the statement. I sometimes do it myself, if I think someone is going to wriggle out of an argument.
No problem, I'm glad you pointed that out. It's easy not to think about the link in a quote. But it edits out quite well. I really wasn't ready to see that on this forum and Fraggle made a good point about children being on this forum. Although I doubt there are very many preteens and most high schoolers could probably handle it. But I doubt their parents would see any humor in that picture.
I see what you mean. Still, a moderator can go through the whole thread and edit out the offending text.
But it doesn't take much enlightenment to become conscious of it. If you're telling someone they shouldn't have posted a link, then it's not too much of a stretch to say to yourself, "Hmmm, perhaps that means that I should not be posting it either." The operative word being "most."
I'm not a parent and I didn't see any humor in it. I'm hardly going to play the "free speech" card for that.
Amusingly enough, the European censors who would 86 our URL for permitting arguments in support of Nazism would probably not object to this. We're each prudes in our own way. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
