I need some help. Complete the following sentence. I am very good at relating technical concepts to people without a technical background. That makes me a(n) _____________. I think "pedagogue" doesn't work, because it has a negative connotation. I'm stuck. I could use several words, but I'd rather just use one.
I would at least reverse it. "I am an excellent technical writer and very skilled at relating technical concepts to people who lack technical background."
I like Pandaemoni 's version better than your two sentence one, though I would add an 'a' before technical background. If you did want a noun however...... 'educator' 'trainer' 'guide' 'instructor' with 'good', 'excellent', or 'skillful' tossed in as the adjective. Some other adjectives.... accomplished experienced flexible
Well, the sentence above isn't the sentence I will use---it's just to try and explain the word that I'm looking for.
We need to create a word for that. "Having the ability to describe complex technical issues to full retards, and have them understand it." It's pretty much all I do in Tech Support. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
maybe you should come and teach me things.. if you can get me to understand something, and keep that knowledge... I will pay you.. umm.. well.. we will work that out if you can get the job done at first...
