stop feeeling all righteous. 10 years ago when i was 12 i felt the exact same way as you do now. in my case i thought metal is it and everything else is crap. since that time my perception of music has been turned upside down so many times ... i can no longer make any generalizations. i can only tell you if something is crap on an artist-by-artist basis, no categories.
