    Hi.

Can someone please help me find out the molecular geometry for the NH2CH2COOH-molecule, and tell me how they found it?

    Thank you so much.

I guarantee they used more than one kind of spectroscopy.
There are known bonding-angles for groups like COOH, as well.
Simple ball-and-stick, or space-filling models get used too, the assumption there being: you can put three groups (NH2-, -CH2-, -COOH) together a finite number of ways.
