I'm from the personal-responsibility group. I don't want anything from anyone. I especially don't want free healthcare because it's not free. And it's not good. Preventative medicine is better than begging a "free" doctor to fix you. I don't care about insurance companies profits.

On the other hand, in a "free" health care system preventative medicine becomes more important, because it means less tax dollars spent on treatment later. In a private health care system it's much more profitable to treat a disease than to cure or prevent it.
