Looking for signal processing data bases and sites

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for databases that feature articles or papers on max entropy spectral analysis, high resolution wavelet techniques, ping ping/double buffers, and fast data transfer buffers.

It would be great if there was something similar to pubmed and sciencedirect.
I have tried the IEEE website but I have gotten only mediocre results so far.
