LED Cloak, Motor Audio Silencer Cloak

Project Chameleon!

A car equipped with cameras and Organic LED displays using Photoshop like technology for custom contrast and light amount for visual cloaking which can polarize towards eyes based on operators live output configurations.

Also attached should be a speaker system which emits the exact opposite sound wave form to silence the machines motors, based on prerecorded audio files of exact RPMs graphed to audio frequency output.

In other words, its hard to see, its near impossible to hear and since its LEDs are not bright enough to compete with the sun it works best in semi-dark to dark times of day!

Does anyone around here have that kind of electrical-optical engineering required for something like this? Sounds like a fun invention/project though right?
