Horsepower converts to kilowatts, not kW per hour.
    1 kW = 1.341 HP
    35 kW = 46.93577 HP
If you google there's a good number of down loadable apps that'll do the conversion for you.
I used to have this one open on my desktop most of the time at work.

Kilowatts is a measure of power (=energy per unit time).
Kilowatts per hour is a measure of power per unit time (a strange concept).
Horsepower is a measure of power.
Kilowatt hours is a measure of energy (power multiplied by time).

So, you can convert kilowatts to horsepower, since both are measures of power (the rate of expenditure of energy), but you'd have to convert kilowatts per hour to horsepower per hour, or something like that.

In your title you refer to kWh or kilo Watt hour which is the unit of energy known to those of us who pay the electricity bill. It is the energy used by a system that has a constant power of 1 kW in one hour.
