Don't eat it, see no need to.
The tastes good argument is lame, there are many things that taste wonderful and are not junk food,
for example last evening I ate wild flower honey with bread and drank peppermint leaf tea (haven't had breakfast yet).

i am wondering. do any of you own and/or drivea car?
if so, would you put junk oil in your beloved car?

I don't see your problem, duendy,
let them eat what they want, why care?,
and, if they trash their health, it's their problem.

Worse for you then, one more thing to worry about.

Think positive: if there happens a zombie invasion, then you only have to be quicker than the fattest living ones.

Sorry, never heard of "say food" or "taco shop" or "carna asada burrito",
so I can't really answer you,
    maybe someone else will.

I eat everything but in moderation. I am over 60 years old and am in great health so the junk food has not hurt me that I know about. I just don't eat allot of the junk but do like to partake every once in awhile.

I used to eat alot of junk food. In college, I averaged about two or three boxes of little debbies oatmeal creampies a week. I was very athletic and active and I think that saved me. But I have given it up. Especially soday. This kind of food really destroys the body.

In Ray Kurzweil's book Fantastic Voyage, he shows that junk food is one of the causes of not only obesity but also possible cancer. He shows how a healthy diet can prevent both of these things.

a carne asada burrito, in case you aren't familiar with taco shops, is basically chopped up marinated steak cooked over a grill. The cooked meat is then wrapped in a torilla (a flat, round type of bread) with rice, beans, salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, onions, guacamole (basically mashed avocades with seasoning), tomatoes and sometimes other vegetables.

you can find a picture of this burrito here: http://www.jatbar.com/detail.asp?num=441

Maybe 3-4 times a year, I'll eat crisps, 2-3 times a year I'll eat KFC and 4-6 times a year I'll eat pizza. I don't take sugar and never drink soda, but I will eat the occassional dessert. Rest of the time it's home cooking with plenty of salads or vegetables and pulses and olive oil. I've seriously limited my intake of red wine lately to an average of 1-2 bottles a week instead of 3-5.

    Pop is disgusting.

The only junk food I really eat is dark chocolate or licorice.

Alright, my problem is that I have absolutely no time to cook myself a decent meal. I don't even have time to throw a salad together. When you work from 9 AM to 3 AM, what are you supposed to do?

I found some restraunts that make healthy food that you can order in advance and then pick up at your convenience...like fast food except you have to call ahead and pay twice as much.

If you don't have time to cook for yourself there are other options than Taco Bell.

I am a postgrad chemist. I'm just saying that you can live off of food that you don't cook youself for a period of time if you know the right places. It's not a lifesyle, more of a way of surviving for a while.
