Do you have an independent source that corroborates your claim? Even if you do, given MI5's long record or incompetence and worse, why should we believe them?
Israel is the greatest terrorist nation. They sieze the media of other countries and terrorize the elected officials with smear to get them to do what Israel wants. I doubt that many "independent news sources" dare factor that in. You have to give them credit for smarts though. They have positioned themselves to define all the terms and draw all the lines of demarcation.

I believe the the 98% figure represent those who would dare challenge western powers. 98% of terrorist activities conducted against the US and europe may have been done by 'muslims'. The report quoted doesn't mention terrorists activities conducted by the west.

If freedom of the press means programs like those in that link I posted then it doesn't mean much. Though I suppose those programs are part of an overall diversionary strategy to focus muslim anger outwards rather than inwards where it is needed.
