http://news.yahoo.com/couples-battle-italy-over-ivf-twins-implanted-wrong-143918928.html OK italian fertility clinic puts wrong embryos into 2 woman. one woman miscarries other has twins that she gave birth to. after 3 months mom checks for genitic deseases finds out kids aren't hers biologically. she gives out info. bio parents find out and sue for custudy of the children. who baby is it? could the birth parents have the right to keep it? this just seems like a grade a screw up. what do you think would be the the most ethical outcome. personally I feel the babies should go to the biological parents.
