You're assuming the reason it's considered cowardly to shoot women is simply because they have no manhood. No, it's because they're women and they have no manhood.
They're not supposed to have manhood so holding that against them and taking advantage of the weaker stature and lack of masculinity they're supposed to have by nature is cowardly.
A man with no manhood is a different thing entirely.
