Muslim-inspired bigotry in Canada and America against Jewish academics? Citations please.

NOTE: Criticism of Israeli policy is NOT criticism of Jews worldwide.

The effects of not having had a workable and effective national system of property title are only highlighted in Israel, where the Israeli government uses them to evict and abuse. They are also part of the continuing impoverishment and crippled economic state of most of the common people in most of the countries of the Middle East, such as Egypt , and also of countries elsewhere, such as India and China.

The Reds of NA are just recently discovering the uses of paperwork, having acquired via casino gambling the wherewithal to hire good lawyers. And as has been discovered by others, the rule of law can and does exist.

    Not in Palestine, unfortunately.

One cannot have a national system of property or title, when one's nation is donated by third parties to third parties without your intervention. British citizens have rights that Palestinians can only dream of.
Ironic, isn't it, that the British still have more rights to Palestinian homes and land than Palestinians.

You have to have a nation first, and there never was a Palestinian Nation, there never was a nationality Palestinian until, 1948, when the Arabs for the propaganda purpose made a construct called, Palestine and Palestinians, as a cause celeb to rally the Arab world around.

The Palestinian Home land was established under the League of Nations and United Nations, and it became Jordan, 90% of the lands of the Palestinian Mandate, that is the Home of the Palestinians, it is the Lands of Palestinians,
    It is Jordan.

What Irony? if they have Title, guess who has rights, if you do not have title you own nothing.

    Now SAM?

In 1945 there were more than 870,000 Jews living in the various Arab states. Many of their communities dated back 2,500 years. Throughout 1947 and 1948 these Jews were persecuted. Their property and belongings were confiscated. There were anti-Jewish riots in Aden, Egypt, Lybia, Syria, and Iraq. In Iraq, Zionism was made a capital crime. Aproximately 600,000 Jews sought refuge in the State of Israel. They arrived destitute, but they were absorbed into the society and became an integral part of the state. In effect, then, a vertible exchange of populations took place between Arab and Jewish refugees. Though, while the Jewish refugees became full Israeli citizens, the Arab refugees remained "refugees" according to the wishes of the Arab leaders.

that argument is wasted-SAM and her cronies want to see Israel endures a similar fate. they care not for their destiny, nor show pity.

That does not explain Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, etc.

So the Palestinians are to be dispossessed from their family homes of generations, at gunpoint, and told to move to Jordan ? So that strangers from Europe and distant countries can move into their houses and take over their fields and claim their water ?

Sounds like an interesting plan. My prediction would be that trouble will come of it. Just a guess.

There's always the prospect of manipulating the ill to become informants to look forward to?
Locked in a prison with no way out. Captive audience indeed.

Research, my boy, Research, now show, were I am wrong in the facts I have posted.

To have ownership you have to have title, and deed.

    Now look up UNGAR 194.

Not really, not in a place where nation states have never existed. This is the fiction that Americans have used to grab land from natives, as have Australians. But I'd like any court to say that native Americans have no right to land in the US or Aboriginals to land in Australia. You can kick out the immigrants but natives have rights if they have been on the land for 500 years, they are considered indigenous.

They never owned the land, they had no system of land ownership, they didn't believe that you could own land.

The vast majority were nomads, who moved on when they depleted the area, (Trashed it all to Hell, and killed off all the convenient food animals, and food sources), that they lived in, to a new area that hadn't been depleted of resources.

They had no concept of ownership of the land, what they did understand well was that, if they could kick the ass of some other tribe on a well stocked piece of land they were going to eat better for a while until they had depleted that area, and then they would move again.

So does US law recognise their right to living in the US? Or have they been deported to where they came from 2000 years ago?

Yes SAM, all mouth no action, reading is safer then going out and doing something about all the wrongs in the world, even getting out of daddy's house in India and doing something about the problems in India seems to be beyond your abilities, or even your comprehension, easier to point the fingers and look else where, far away, where you don't have to worry about the blow back, of personally getting involved.

Much, much, much safer that way isn't it? No chance to bleed, or get your head busted.

That is such a great book on the history of Native Americans. Everyone should read it. I have literally read it three times. It's very depressing, but this is what the white colonizers did to the Native Americans. We need to know this.
