We age but what is aging?

Is aging atomic decay and the numbers are just not important ?

I guess we age by decay and because of this we age .

    What do you think?

Biological aging has nothing to do with atomic decay. It has to do with cell and DNA damage.

I'd say biological aging is the breakdown of functions with the body.
A heart moves blood around the body; kidneys filter contaminants.
They start doing those things less efficiently as we age.

Of course, we also age from birth to child-rearing age - so it's not all negative - there's developmental aging as well.

I died, only then was I created. I was once the wise of days, now I exist in the eternal youth of ever after. All in all I have no idea how long I have been I just know I've always been.
