I believe that most Chinese scholars would not agree with that. As a matter of fact i am not so sure they adhere to all life starting in Africa theory.

Not Caucasian. Might as well forget about "Race" as a moniker if yuo subscribe to that...which is fine by me.

it is hard to replicate the human face from a rock and the slightest thing that looks even just a little "off" is recognizeable.

One has to add that throughout Chinese history there have been a significant influx from people from the middle east (quite a number becoming high ranking bureaucrats). And a number of other groups, especially during the Mongolian expansion, I would assume.
It is likely to find in statues and pictures of them. Also people in Western China are basically middle easterners.
WW2 depictions are more often than not in the good ol' communist tradition, I wouldn't be surprised to find Soviet depictions with only slight modifications.

Perhaps their gene pool was contaminated by Mongol rapists after the Mongol conquest of China?

Not sure. I only know Chinese people came from the Middle East around 3000 BC, and they competed fiercely against the ancient Egyptians, in terms of intellectual achievements, of course.

How is it Caucasian-looking? Or was that sarcasm? Because they look pretty East Asian to me, unless you assume they have eyes the shape of closed eyelid lines. Otherwise, I could find you some Chinese with those hairstyles, as it's just that, a hairstyle.

Not only are Chinese people hidden, or in scientific language "cryptic", Caucasians, but recently it has been found that Kenyans and related peoples are as well. Also, the northern Siberian tribes qualify, and they provided much of the stock for the early human population of the Americas.

With the contribution of the many Aryans in India, which is another name for Caucasian, there are now another two or three billion Caucasians on the planet, native to every continent.

So no one needs to worry about the Caucasian race disappearing due to the faster birth rates of other races. You are safe for thousands of years to come.

Chinese people are black in South Africa:
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7461099.stm

We have very strong and racist affirmative action here in South Africa, so it pays (very well) to be black (no skills required, just skin color, gender or disabilities will get you hired).

I find this bit in the article misleading:

White people are not the best earners in the country anymore. Muslims, Coloreds (half black half white) and Indians actually are.

If Chinese are a variant of Caucasian (not saying they are), how did Chinese/Asians get their almond shaped eyes?
What is the evolutionary reason for them developing their eyes?

I'm enjoying the idea of a hidden, cryptic "race". I'll bet a lot of the "blacks" in the US are secret Caucasians, like the Chinese World is talking about. I've met some who can do calculus, for example.

And that South African designation of Chinese as "black" is a clue to another category of hidden race. The South Africans really knew what they were doing, in the racial classification line - nobody did it with more sophistication or better experience. So maybe they knew something, and a lot of the Chinese that aren't Caucasian are really black, also.

Obviously, the experts in the US have overlooked something important, and need to pay attention to this evidence.

If every single race on the planet pisses you off or gets on your damn nerves equally, including your own, does that make you racist? LOL

    You mean eyes like this?

I don't see what's the big deal with it. Loads of white people, especially the women, have eyes like that. It's due to a lower upper nasal bridge, thus less pulling at the inner corners of the eyes. My girlfriends are all white, and they all have eyes that sorta look like almonds. I don't see how Chinese people's eyes could be a defining trait of theirs.
