Delicious , to me, I've had it before but now enjoy grape juice or apple juice instead.

Carrot juice is very good for you it provides vitamins that help your eyesight. I drink it regularly because it allows me to have xray vision at night. I can see through womens cloths and thereby make better informed decisions about who to have sex with.

Yes: contains vitamin A, B6, C and E. But eating whole carrots is even better, for the fibre.

Yes - and add equal parts celery, cucumber and apple. Very good.

    Juicing is good in moderation.

You should get a good blender and drink the juice & pulp (fiber). Raw carrots are an amazing source of the good stuff the body needs.

I'm a big fan of Reboot Smoothies and eat a good three cups worth of pealed organic carrots (from Costco) daily. A morning smoothy is something like:
    - 1 cup of blueberries
    - 1/2 (or whole, depending on my mood) Avocado
    - 1/2 banana
    - 1 cup frozen leaf spinach (or kale, again, depending on my mood)
    - 1 small boiled beat
    - flax seeds
    - 2-3 cups of fresh brewed green tea

Blended until smooth. Looks like mud (or diarrhea as my boyfriend says). Not the most pleasant flavor (though sweet enough). It's creamy.

    I had a juicer once.
Carrot and apples juiced together taste unbelievably delicious.

Unfortunately cleaning of juicer is a pain, so I put it in the dustbin.
After many months under the sink.

If any man can make an easily cleaned juicer,
the world will beat a path to his door.

Mine isn't hard to clean, once i manage to remove the grater. I use a small, long-handled brush, under cold running water. The container parts dump and rinse - no problem.

Go to the bathroom, remove the shower head from the hose.
Make an obturation with your finger to obtain a water jet.
Clean the filter and the juicer component with the water jet .

    Cleaning is indeed a woe,
I do it daily, my son needs it for nutrition.

It's good for you and doesn't taste too bad either. Only real problem is wasting the best part of a carrot: the fiber. Same thing with orange juice. Eat oranges and carrots and get the best that nature has to offer.

(The moderation suggestion is also just common sense.)

It's forgivable for those of low IQ. For the rest, well, let's hope they do themselves in before breeding.
