I use to take this commonly prescribed sleep med. After I took it one night, I woke up in the morning to find my recliner out by the dumpster! Such is the perplexing life of an ambien zombie, often doing things at night you don't even remember doing. See for yourself:

A small proportion of people take zolpidem. Those who do should not take it for more than four weeks.
A small proportion of people who take zolpidem will experience complex sleep behaviors like you describe. Those people should be advised by their doctor to not take it again.

So, no nation of zombies, sorry.

Keep your shotgun ready, just in case.
Maybe we'll find a winner with one of the other hypnotics, or something. :m:

Maybe zopiclone... or should I say zombieclone?!?!?

For a forum that's basically on life support, "bizarre posts" are the LEAST of its problems..
