You weren't being abused. You filed 3 reports on the same day, in quick succession, for a conversation you were having with staff.
The conversation, as you are well aware, was about trying to encourage you and implore you to alter how you post on this site because as we informed you, we would no longer be treating you differently, but simply treating you the same as all other members.
Prior to my joining that conversation, it was originally an infraction issued to you, which you then decided to dispute and did so by insulting staff. By the time I joined the conversation in the hope of trying to get you to see reason, you were abusing a moderator who was literally telling you that it had to stop and that the staff were not going to be putting up with it any further. That you had been given too many chances in the hope you would change and you refused to.
The irony is that you initially reported the infraction PM you received. You declared that it was unfair targeting because a moderator had dared to issue an infraction for your repeated referral to a debunked study (which is a breach of this site's rules) and where you then cited this site's rules to try to force others to not question the veracity of your source.. After 4 years of being told and shown how it was debunked, you still went with it and tried to pass it off as factual and did so by trying to force others and threaten them with reporting them by citing this site's rules if they dared disagree with you. So you reported that infraction.
You were told in the infraction that this behaviour was not acceptable, that citing debunked studies and passing it off as fact and then trying to silence anyone and everyone by quoting this site's rules as a threat to them. So you then started in on that moderator, you were dishonest several times and when he called you out on your dishonesty, you started going on about conspiracies against you. The moderator then asked if someone else could come into the conversation because really, at this point, you were off on so many strawman's that it was better if someone else could come in to try to convince you that we were not going to put up with it any longer. You were again advised that you were not going to be given any more chances by staff and that it was on you to alter how you post and to not post debunked studies to pass them as factual. And you then reported our conversations with you again. Declared we were abusing you, despite the fact that you were not being abused and despite the fact that it was you who was abusing us and swearing at us.
You weren't being abused. You weren't being insulted. You weren't being flamed. What we put up with from you in that conversation were insults, condescending insults and abuse, being sworn at, being told that you weren't going to bother reading what we were saying, you again started demanding that the study you kept relying on was sound despite all evidence to the contrary, evidence we again cited to you and explained to you why it was debunked. So you filed more reports of our apparently abusing our moderator powers for telling you that we were not going to be giving you any more chances and making up excuses for you any longer. That is not an abuse of power, MR. That is us doing out job as we are meant to do it.
You keep demanding we do our jobs and when we do so, you find it offensive.
No one has gotten the amount of chances that you received. Literally no one. And you were told under no uncertain terms, that this was not going to be happening any more. That you would now be treated like everyone else. You know, you were told that we are doing our jobs. We asked you repeatedly, tried to point out what the issues were (again) and implored you to simply alter how you post. Not what you post, but how you posted it. In other words, if you were posting something that was debunked, to not claim it was fact, to point out the existing issues of what you were posting. In other words, to not threaten others with this site's rules for daring to disagree with what you post or for pointing out that the studies you were posting were debunked. And this is what you reported as "abuse". The irony is that we had to put up with being abused by you in that conversation and sworn at by you.
You received an infraction for reporting conversation posts that were not abusive to you. That were factual and frankly, your reports fall under the category of wasting staff time. Again, we have been very very open about this issue in the past and how it would be responded to, and you are fully aware of this policy.
And frankly, your comparing yourself to a woman being concerned about worrying if she will be fired for reporting sexual abuse is a strawman and a bad one. It is insulting and offensive. I shouldn't have to tell you why.
