If you can afford it, spend 30$ a month to get a membership at a good gym near where you live if possible. For some reason, its really hard for a lot of people to insert an exercise program into the middle of normal life at home. Even if its just laying down on their floor to do situps or whatever. Going to a gym for 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week is comparitively easy. Its an event. Once youre there there is one thing to do. Exercise. You dont have to get creative or think too hard do an exercise. If you want to do 20 minutes of cardio, sit or stand on the machine and make it go. If you want to lift some weights, get hooked up with the machine and make it work. Simple. And just about the time you get tired and want to go home and chill, its good enough! Youve accomplished something good even if you only work out for 10 minutes! Even on your worst most unproductive days, you can salvage your dignity but just showing up at the gym and working out for a bit.

Why not just join a sports club? Most people can find a sport they enjoy playing, and afterwards you feel like you've actually accomplished something skillful. It's far better for you mentally too and much less boring.

Sports are a good way to increase your stamina and provide good cardio workouts. To make sure you get a full body workout, it would be best to target every area with routine gym workouts. Some muscle groups simply wont be targeted with most sports. For instance if you take up football (soccer for the yanks) then that pretty much leaves your upper body getting no attention, Same goes for many other sports. Sports in general are cardio based workouts obviously some exceptions occur with a small number of sports.

Swimming is one of the best ways to get a full body workout, and so is having sex. But I advise people to not only get cardio workouts but to get a full range of workouts going, most sports do not target all muscle groups and favour certain sets of muscles.

To get a decent full ranged fitness level it would be best to take up sports alongside regular workouts to get results.

    peace.
