Seventeen posts struck for various reasons. These include insults, off topic posts, and references to moderated content. To those last, I apologize; it is simply my custom to remove references to moderated content.

Update: Four more posts struck for various reasons, again including insults and off topic posting.

It would seem this thread is done, though I'm as certain as I can be the underlying issues will find new assertion in the near future.
