If you don't eat in your car to begin with, you won't have any spilled fries.

I think the coolest thing ever in a car was a removable roof light. Makes a great flashlight.
But yeah, a vacuum in a car would be awesome.

a fusion powerplant, like on the DeLorean from Back to the Future...

I want a big, grizzly 4x4 truck with four doors, a full bed with bed cover and heavy modifications to make it a top-of-the-line camper bed with mattresses, a tv/computer thingie, LED lighting, and a door from bed to cabin. The cabin would also have a computer thingie, with access to an SSD full of tunes/maps, and access to the trucks's diagnostic's and, in this truck's case, it's fusion reactor status and such.

an ultimate camping truck... powered cleanly by atomically fused garbage and refuse from the wild!!!

Seriously, what giant monstrosity would you buy if gas wasn't an obstacle!

They make 12 volt portable air compressors to take with you in your car if you ever need one. They are very cheap as well.

They also make Fix A Flat to fix any flat tire and seal the puncture that caused the leak.
Yes, this little thing really will fix your flat. Even huge pick-up and SUV tires. No need to jack up. Just press the nozzle -- whizzzz -- and it repairs and re-inflates your tire. You definitely should carry one in your car or truck. At $5 it is cheaper than getting your tire repaired at a shop.

But that's not the best thing it offers. This amazing can of stuff will also PREVENT flats and slow leaks. Fix-A-Flat inserts a complex liquid into your tire. Leaking air instantly polymerizes it to plug up any hole. This magic material is similar to the stuff which keeps bicycle tires intact -- see the amazing video in this review. Although I have not used the industrial version of this invention, farmers and the army use a similar compound to keep their gigantic tires going.

This consumer version works great as a flat cure. I need to pump up my treated tires far less often, even the tires with chronic leaks in them, and have had no flats on well-worn tires.

a long rubber straw coming from the center of the steering wheel...instead of an airbag. and then limit the speed to 20mph and put big bumpers all around the car.

A radio pulse generator that would fry radar guns! What could possibly go wrong with that?! *maniacal laughter, evil grin*
