It's all a part of a testosterone diet I am trying out. Earlier I had 4 whole eggs, cream of wheat, and a banana.

    Which part?

How so? Because it's not artsy? It's not complicated with shit? I'm missing a smiley face?

yes, because it lacks artistic value to it, in addition to that it does not have too much to offer. Even with specific diets, you can make dishes very fullfilling.

Food is not just for the gut, but a feast for the eyes as well.

I specifically did not put sushi, sashimi, or bento boxes here...because we were talking about feasable dishes absane can make himself.

But anyone can make this . All they need do is go to their local fish monger and buy the fish they like, take it home, cut it into small pieces like is shown and no cooking is necessary at all! How much simpler could it be?

You get a quick, protein rich , fat free dish to eat. :itold:

no offense absane but that stuff in the upper left looks like shit, literally.
all in all not bad though.
when i don't have any females around the best i can manage is opening up a bunch of cans and throwing the contents in a crockpot to stew for a few hours.

my apartment has a stove but i've never used it.

Actually I've traveled there many times and they have excellent sea food stores as well as top notch Sushi restaurants as well. All he needs do is look up a nearby seafood store and ask what they have that he might enjoy. You can make sushi and sashimi out of any type of fish or undersea critters.:itold:

That "shit" is a very nice Big Eye tuna cut into small slices and it is one of the best tasting fish I've eaten!

Yeah that was another guess of mine. It doesn't look good whatever it is.
I had a bad experience when I was young with liver. My mother made me sit there until I ate it. I sat there a very long time. I just kept gagging on it.
