Yeah Yeah I know, you only want to "decrease" the population...of course how in the world will people start not making love to each other, or how will some folks just dissapear from planet...is out of question. Or do you have a suggestion?

    That's the problem really, isn't it ?
Besides what do you have against it ? Or are you some sort of Pronatalist clone ?

I'm not going to endlessly repeat myself.
Look it up. In fact, I don't think you need to, you know.

When it comes to population reduction there is a point at which it stops being optional.

Whe a population exceeds the carrying capacity of its enviornment, it dies back.

Where that point is exactly can be hard to say.

That the point exists is without a doubt.

And I say there is no such point at which population caring capacity exists, simply because time is a variable that cannot be controlled and so with it is the capacity.

And we better prevent reaching that point.

Say what you wish, but it doesn't change the facts of life.

We all experience "evil" subjectively. All of us have our own morals and we percieve anyone who acts in the opposite ways to which our morals say we should act; as evil.

Therefore, to say "humanity is evil" we would need a consensus on morals. If everyone in the world came to a consensus on morals then it would be impossible for the entire of humanity to be evil; we would all be acting in the way that we thought to be good. Therefore, the only possibility that "humanity is evil" arises if there is an independant, superior source of morals as percieved by something separate from humanity. i.e. a God.

As I am not a religious person I don't believe in any set of morals as determined by a God and therefore I regard "evil" as subjective concept entirely. I think the only truely evil people are the one's who know what they are doing is evil. People who go against their own morals. After all, if you are convinced that what you're doing is right, then how can you be evil?

Ask almost anyone on Earth, even including the world's most "evil" person, and they'll all know exactly what you're talking about. Ain't no need for all the bullshit psycho-babble to confuse the issue.

the question is does evil exist? i was half asleep and i heard on television that in regards to legal issues they are considering making a distinction between evil and other reasons in terms of criminal behavior an incorporating it into legalese. maybe i dreamt it though but i am not 100% certain.

Draqon says that there is no such thing as a carrying capacity for humanity

    So ?
Without trees the woods wouldn't exist. But that doesn't mean that 'tree' and 'wood' aren't distinct concepts.
