are you going by what it says next to his name in old posts? because it updates all post to your current number, even post you made years ago.

With Mensa i got 119 although not under test conditions, i did a home test and paid £10 to get it marked and recieve my paper. I dont think that certificate will help with jobs and stuff, "no sir, i am not qualified to be a doctor BUT HAAHAHAA check this out 119 IQ eh!!! eh!,so when do i start cutting people up?"
