"all IQ tests will score the average user high (especially those like emode) in order to flatter you to get a membership so they can flatter you more. lol."

Emode offers membership to what? There is no membership with Emode.

And as for the strip club, yeah, I have been to Deja vu strip clubs before. They are a nationwide chain. Everyone tells me "Oh Deja vu, thats a strip club". The women are sizzlin', but the lap dances suck.

And no, my handle was not intended to signify the club.

"See your responses and get the correct answers to every test question. Order your True Talent Report for only $14.95 now." They aren't going to expect you to be interested if your summary results say, "You're dumb as rocks, give up." LOL 6. Google AdSenseGuest Advertisement to hide all adverts. 7. Ed AngerRegistered Member Messages: 28 BAN IQ TESTS! THEY'RE NOTHIN' BUT A COMMUNIST PLOT TO WARP OUR MINDS I'm madder than a math teacher with a broken slide rule over this idiotic, brain warping IQ test that I've been reading about! This whole idea of folding up boxes and figuring out what number comes next has been getting my goat every since I took this stupid test! I know how to fold up a box, for petes sake! And anybody who can count knows that 65 comes after 64. Trust me, I've been there and I'm 72 now. I know damn well that 73 comes next. I feel it everytime I wake up in the morning! This test reminds me of those tests that psychologists give to crazy people. You know what I mean--ink blots and square pegs in round holes. And let me tell you: a mule doesn't look anything like a kangaroo or a cow! I lived on a farm, buster. I know the difference. And a hand in a glove is just the same as putting your foot in the ass of a politician! It's no wonder that why there are so many crazy people who are in charge of things today. My editor scored 155 and that proves it! Everyone at Weekly World News knows he's nuts. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Ed Anger is not "intellectually challenged!" Besides, as long as my IQ is higher than my age, then I'm always improving. 8. Beren87Registered Member Messages: 4 I'm not exactly sure what the name of it was, but it was offered from Berkley. And Tetris is also a Communist plot to destroy our lives. 9. p_ete2001Registered Senior Member Messages: 355 Your IQ score is 124 . crap! i am quite pleased with the score but the test doesnt measure iq anyway! p.s i have done that test before but it was months ago. i think i got just over 100 then Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! lol oh really! pmsl Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! thank u for that. i wonder if everyone is a precision processor? geek! lol (only joking. good for u.) i am too! lol Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! lmfao Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! yeah right. like i said. they dont measure iq (in my opinion.) The one about the cars driving in different directions requires knowlede about working out the length of a side going on the length of the other sides and angles (triangles, trigonometry etc) etc. this comes from education. I u have been told that then u can get the answer correct but it doesnt make u clever because u didnt work it out. U had already been told how to do it. Someone who has not been educated in this way would not be able to work out the answer but it doesnt make them any less clever. These tests try to prove that. Well they dont prove anything (again, in my opinion). Last edited: Sep 1, 2002 10. Each of those "I.Q." tests is based on a perceived education for the majority of the society, which live in cities. Someone who is not educated by the same academic standards, as were the designers of the tests, would tend to score lower than someone who is educated within a comparative academic framework as were the designers of the test. For an "I.Q." test to be a real measure of intelligence, each test would have to be designed for a specific individual based on the individuals entire life's learning to date, which would include academic and non-academic learning. Taking any other kind of "I.Q." test can only be for stroking your ego or pigeon-holing you within the academic/industrial segment of society. 11. Chagur.Seeker.Registered Senior Member Messages: 2,235 IHIQS Update ... Okay, I've found myself spending more time over there than I initially expected due to circumstances and it is turning out to be a better board than my initial impression led me to believe. Deja Vu was right about my hitting it during a slump ... It's been picking up and I feel it only proper to re-evaluate it. So, here goes: 1. Still holds, but doesn't appear to be a problem. Guess the ....difference between a 2% group and a 5% isn't that much; 2. Overall, quite polite but not as mundane lately; 3. I'd have to say almost a toss-up, with Sciforums still having an ....edge; 4. A place to drop in and spend some enjoyable time. As for the 'vanity press' analogy, forget it; thar be some meat on those bones. For what it's worth. Take care. 12. ThunderCatThe Lightning PussyRegistered Senior Member Messages: 85 i have 118. I have taken many different tests....Emode gave me 118, i did one with the bbc and got 118 and i took a third one elsewhere (i forgot where) and got 150. So i reckon i have an iq of 118! 13. SoLiDUSOMGWTFBBQRegistered Senior Member Messages: 1,593 I haven't taken any of the abovementioned tests but did the following: - European IQ Test - Queendom Test I scored 151 on the European and 130 / 150 on the Queendom test. I have no doubts that the scores are inflated, but by how much ? Has anyone else taken them or have a clue how valid they are ? Thank you for your time... 14. Deja vuRegistered Senior Member Messages: 32 Solidus, Well no IQ test online is going to be 100% as worthy as a professionally administered one, however I do feel like there are several that do a fairly good job and will report to you a score about 5 points give or take from a supervised score. For the best tests, try www.highiqsociety.org Once there, take the "Ultimate test". There is no time limit, but if you want the score to be as accurate as possible, try to keep the time you take to below 1 1/2 hours (the average time spent on the test). All of the tests there are good. Regards 15. NightFallLazy HedonistValued Senior Member Messages: 3,069 i took that ultimate iq test at www.highiqsociety.org .. adn they gave me the sad -sniffs- news that im too dumb to become a member. lol... but i was close!!! Your score is: 122 Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! 16. Chagur.Seeker.Registered Senior Member Messages: 2,235 Too dumb to become a member? No way!. Most likely just too tense. Suggest that you consider sex, either copulative or masturbatory, just prior to taking the test again. It'll most likely hike your score an easy ten or more points and you'll be in. I think I'll become a member for the obvious benefit: - looks good on a resume Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! If Mensa accepts that test and the result as valid, it's a twofer. Mensa will always probably be king of the IQ societies (even though there are many that are much more exclusive). #1, Mensa has been around since 46', and #2 it's cut-off is top 2% instead of top 5%. #3 Mensa only accepts supervised testing. Any test you take online will not be accepted into Mensa. The IHIQS, according to their president, is just a forum for communication. He isn't really that anal about "cheaters" getting in etc.. People who cheat to get in, or take the tests over and over until they pass usually find that they don't fit in with the discussion there and promptly leave. The sciforums are even worse than the IHIQS about that, for it seems that if you don't hold a PhD in physics or math from Cal Tech, you will be prostrated in this joint.
