How Should People Interpret 'UFO'?

What I do not understand is why folk jump to the conclusion that aliens are somehow involved.
There is no evidence it seems and yet they pull the idea of aliens out of the air.
Why do folk need tomake up nonsence.

Now river, if you really want me to "believe" that we have been visited, that's easy, for I do believe other off Earth species do exist; all you need to do is as the good Dr Karl has suggested...easy peasy!
I mean to quote the good Dr Karl again, if they do not want to reveal themselves, they are doing a terrible job, and if they are trying to make themselves known, they are doing an equally terrible job!

There is some evidence, but for the revelation of such a momentous thing as this, the evidence is just not sufficient.
