Conservatives believe all people are equal, which is why blacks, women and LGB are not treated differently than anyone else. There is no need for special treatment if someone is the same. It is the Democrats who wish to give special rights to certain groups, so they vote Democrat. The Democrats really believe that certain groups are inferior and therefore need a boost to create the illusion of equality. Like in golf, if a group of players all accept each other as being the same skill level, no handicap given to anyone. On the other hand, if the group believes that Joe and Jane are the worse golfers, to make it fair, they may give Joe and Jane a handicap; golf advantage. The Democrat party is built on a foundation of sexism and racism, disguised using freebies for golf handicaps. What happens if you give a good golfer, a golf handicap, even though they don't need it? One of two things can happen. Some golfers will get an inflated attitude thinking they deserve special treatment for being so good. While others will try to dumb down their game to better fit in with expectations. If we treat all as equal, some people will lose the inflation, while others will find it possible to try harder due to higher expectations. The Republicans believe in assimilation, which unites people of different backgrounds, with a common culture. The Democrats believe in diversity which is clever way to segregate people using racial and ethnic standards each group has to perpetuate. The Democrats extrapolate back to their roots of slavey and segregation, but with a modern twist that gets the same results.
