Whatever I'm full of, I certainly hope its not the same as what you are full of.

Again, Time travel, past or future is not disallowed by the laws of physics and GR, and could be possible for any sufficiently advanced civilisation.

We are not talking about how far away you are from a point at every point in time, we are talking about how far you moved in a duration of time. You moved 5 feet in 1 second, and moved 5 feet back in another second. Total distance traveled - 10 feet.

Are you trying to say that when I travel to Grandma's house 20 miles away, then travel back to my starting point that I traveled zero miles???

    Seems to me we are.
Relative to your grannies house you first moved +20 miles then, to get back, you moved -20 miles. Relatively speaking, you moved 0 miles from your granny house.

a clock DOES NOT create time, it just measures it flow.
in other words the effects would still occur WITHOUT a clock present.
it would also help if you understood anything of time/ time travel.
all in all your post on this topic seem like nothing more than argumentative nonsense. in others words, you're just trying to argue, nothing more.

Let's also have a look at one of your previous irrelevant"scenarios as quoted above.
Let's change those abodes of NY and Florida to anywhere on Earth and Alpha Centauri..
How do you propose to synch our clocks?...
    Let's make it more difficult......
I'm on Earth somewhere, and you are on another planet orbiting a star in M31, 2.5 million L/years away. How do we synch our clocks?

We had a similar problem trying to knock those facts into chinglu's head a while back.
    It didn't work.

Right, and the measurement can never accumulate 10 seconds, and then somehow end up at 9 seconds, ever.

Why not? Can you count back from 10 to zero?

When I am throwing jelly beans into a jar, I start with throwing #1, then #2, then #3, then #4...then what you are proposing that the next jelly bean I throw into the jar is #3??

because you do not understand time or time travel.
you're trying to argue time travel in the same flow of that time.
simultaneously, there are many flows of time wrapped within on overall flow of time.
time flows being shared within time flows.

If I don't understand it, please show where I go wrong in the scenario I presented? Show how it's possible for the person in Florida to get to me at 11:59??? Until then I'll just know you're FOS!

    You're just trolling, aren't you?
Are you seriously telling me that you are unable to conceptualize time flowing backwards?

So a trip to Grandma's house and back is 0 miles is what you're trying to tell me? You serious?

You have reading comprehension issues as well?
And, please, answer the question in my previous post.

    read post #50.
again, you're just pulling the typical ignoramus argumentative nonsense.
i'm not interested in playing your pathetic game.
also, what's actually " FOS " is your obvious lack of knowledge and understanding in this subject while running your mouth.

No, just problems conceptualizing your idea that if I go to Grandma's house 20 miles away, and then return to my starting point that I traveled 0 miles. That's impossible for me to comprehend. It's non-sense!

Do you know what the word relative means?
And, please, answer the question in post #52.

Of course not, because you like to pretend that time travel to the past is possible, but when your feet are held to the fire you don't know which way to run!

I do, it means in relation to. In relation to the start point, if I travel 20 miles away, then travel back to the start point, relative to the start point I traveled 20 miles away and 20 miles back, a total of 40 miles! Duh?
