How do you kill bugs? (If u do)

So? Cows, for example, also swat flies with their tails, for pretty much the same reason humans kill those bugs...

No, not only for food; also for self-preservation, preservation of food, during mating games (accidentally).... The killing of bugs is under preservation of self and food.

They're not worse than anything else, but people probably kill them because they seem to be like machines with not much consciousness and they're small so you don't have to clean up much if you kill one... like if you killed a squirrel. and squirrels are cute, spiders are creepy! animals are fun.

In Latvian folk tradition killing a spider in ones house means to kill the blessing of the house.
Some say it only applies in evenings though.

I try not to kill bugs, but if I have to I will kill the ocassional spider... arachnids freak me out.

Mosquitoes, horseflies, and deerflies I kill with a slap.

Tics I usually kill by smashing them between two rocks... although I've been known to use a thumbnail if there aren't any rocks handy.

Those are the only kinds of bugs that I ever kill.
