    True

    And change not or change

You can have space without time ; but you can't have time without space .

Bingo! One cannot exist without the other, despite the nonsense from river.
That is bullshit...space and time [spacetime ] as we know them, evolved from 10-43 seconds.
Bingo again...while still being in highly speculative epoch, the quantum foam from whence the BB is thought to have arose, maybe the eternal, infinite nothing which is commonly thought of as nothing.
Yep, certainly, I see far more logic and sensibility in the quantum foam being nothing, then some sky daddy.

    We agree!
Correct in principle, except that everything is always changing, however small. [/quote]
Correct, time is an emergent measurement of temporal duration, just as geometry is an emergent measurement of spatial coordinates.

river, IMO, we are going in the right direction. What say you?

As already explained more then once, the BB was the evolution of spacetime and a "superforce" ...as space expanded in time, the superforce started to decouple into the four known forces we know of today.
The most popular concept at this time is that the universe evolved from a fluctuation in the quantum foam, which is the nothing you refer to. In other words its your definition of nothing needs redefining.

    Certainly seems so ,

And spatial coordinates come from , fundamentally , some thing(s) physical existence.

Define temporal duration ( what do mean by this , define it for me ) .

Timetime ( as compared to spacetime, lifetime, etc)?
