Having been inspired by the proposal of JamesR, I propose that we have Honourary Bannings here on Sciforums. A moderator can create usernames of notorious world leaders, human rights criminals, bad ideas, and so forth, then they can be ceremoniously perma-banned by popular vote.

    A few nominees:

    Robert Mugabe
    George W Bush
    Kim Jong Il
    Nonfiction books without Indexes
    Osama bid Laden

Please add your own nominees to the list, and indicate whether you support the idea of Honourary Bannings.
