So I have seen many youtube videos, effcorse many are very obvious to be fake, but some arent at all, like the CNN video. Is it faked or not? (I'm not talking about that light show that is usually done on water vapor molecules) I mean the hologram technology, in the mid air? If it is not fake, how does it work? (in the middle of the air?) On what is the light projected? How is it projected? Is it really there, or it is a trick, that make us think that it is a hologram, like the 3d technology?
This? This interview used what they called a hologram, but it was just merging the two images for the viewers...the studio person didn't actually see someone in front of them, just a reference point.
well, i remember that there was an audience the first time i saw the video, that when the image came, they buffled first, then they started to scream Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! yeah propably not "real" hologram as you said
There is a screen that receives the projection from below. I forget what it is made of. Verizon wireless has some good youtube videos where the owner appears as a hologram. It would be interesting to see a play made with that technology. I was interested in this a few years ago and learned what made it tick, but it is far from real hologram tech, so i lost interest. I am sure wikipedia could tell you what the screen was made from.
