Suppose a current is given by the equation I = 1.85 sin 201t, where I is in amperes, and t in seconds.

If this is the current through a 42.0 resistor, what is the formula for the voltage in terms of the time t?

I try the equation V(sin(w*t)) and webassign isnt accepting it, is it even right?

Just multiply your current by 42. Ohm's Law.
