    you really want to keep an eye on the vomiting (if she has it), Diarrhea and the fevor. those three combine can dhydrate someone VERY fast (especially children and the elderly)

    also keep an eye on her GCS and capillary refill

    GCS is tested quite easerly

    if she has her eyes open and is alert and can move at will she is a 15

    if she starts to drift off, it takes either voice or worse pain to get her to open her eyes, she starts to seem out of it when she talks ect then its time to get her to hospital

    cap refill is another good test about (in this case) wether she is starting to lose blood pressure because of dehydration. you push your finger on her hand so that the skin goes white, when you remove your finger it should go back to being red quicker than 2 seconds. any longer than that and her perfusion is compromised
