I've been using H2O2 as a topical antiseptic lately and I've noticed if I get enough of it on my hand and don't wash it off, after a while it bleaches the skin white but after about an hour of so this the white wears off. Whats going on hear is the peroxide eating through the superficial epithelial tissue?
