The other part is only used once an then throwed away.!!!

Oh OK..the other piece is disposeable.

 

I dont use it for its intended purpos but i do keep it in a tool box... an that other part is disposeable but i use it over an over... id guess very few people have one of these in ther tool box.!!!

I dout that its outdated (at leas i coud find pitchers of it at Google)... an the other part is metal.!!!

No it dont have anythang to do wit paint or som kind of spreader.!!!

Its use involves people comin in contact wit the part which is atached to this handle... but very few people are aware of it when this contact is bein made.!!!

letter opener..
that's what i'd use it for..
once the envelope is opened, it's thrown away...making the other piece disposable..
